Great Southern Lamb delivers every Friday and can deliver to your home or place of work across NSW. Where possible we utilise a cooler bag system to keep the product cool and safe.
Store Policy
If you will not be at your selected address you must notify Great Southern Lamb immediately and make alternative arrangements. Failure to do this may result in the purchaser having to collect their order from the courier depot.

All product is vacum packed which means you can refrigerate product for 2-3 weeks prior to freezing. The Great Southern Lamb goat pack is the best combination of goatmeat cuts available for use in the home.
The pack combination is:
- 1 Leg
- 1 Rack (7-8 cutlets)
- 1 Backstrap (Loin fillet)
- 2 x 1kg packs Cubed shoulder
- 1kg Gourmet Sausages
